The Joker-Character analysis

Joker is a main character in Batman's movies as his main enemy. Lately, he was brought to the surface with another movie: "Suicide Squad"; which was the main reason for me to write this article.

The Joker is a psychopath villain and an expert in chemical engineering. He has teamed with other villains but sticked withhis psychiatrist, Harley Quinn, who he introduced to illegal life. He has white skin, red lips, green hair and wears suits. His physical appearance is said to be caused by falling into chemical waste. Joker sometimes uses alternated clown tricks to fight his enemies along with physical fight and usage of weapons.

Joker had a rough childhood with his father being cruel to him and abusing him for doing things wrong or even for no reason (acording to what he has confessed to his psychiatrist, Harleen Frances Quinzel). The only time he saw his father truly happy was thanks to some clowns at a circus, which may is the reason that he uses their tricks; to make people happy (or "revenge" his father) even though he is hurting thembecause this is the way he learned to treat people which contrudicts with his main reason.

Harleen met him in Arkam Asylum where she was examining him as his psychiatrist, felt sorry for him and along with that, Joker (or else mr. J) was making her fal in love with him for his manners. He started being interested in her because she cared, listened to him and her name reminded him of Harlequin, his favorite commedian. After falling for him, Harleen became a psychopath and was renamed Harley Quinn. Also, she helped him escape and became his sidekick in crime.

They developed an unhealthy romantic relathionship since he was beating her up and was being mean to her. But, his behavior may was caused by insecurity, thinking that she would leave him after examining him  and that could be the reason to change her. Moreover, he hadn't felt felt love and the only way for him to earn it was to force it (stay forever, since Harleen already loved him), which he did with Harley by making her not fit in with the others and by being brutal to her.

These are some of the main reasons that I sympathize him (without meaning that I acquit him) and I feel like he didn't have the chance to show his real intentions, because he never knew the way to do so. Let's not forget that, he is an imaginary character after all (it doesn't mean that real people cant relate to him).

P.S. It contains my personal opinion in some parts, you are free to have your own.
(I don't own the pictures)
